“Sapphire Queen” is a portrait of one of the most characteristic looks of this Drag Queen. She uses the hairs of her wig to turn them into horns that sometimes look like flames of fire. Everything about her is exaggerated, Camp, and at the same time I find it all very natural and artistic. She has rings on her neck that act as a large, luxurious necklace. She looks at us from a far away place, since to get where she has gotten to, you would have to live what she has lived.
